I am excited to partner with brilliant researchers and entrepreneurs to help transform scientific breakthroughs into world-changing companies.Allen is a Principal on the technology investment team at Osage University Partners, where he focuses on opportunities across software, hardware, and computing.
Prior to OUP, Allen spent four years at BMW i Ventures, leading early-stage investments in robotics, critical minerals, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. He served as a board observer for Cyclic Materials, GreenSpark Software, and Qualytics. Previously, he held operating roles at Uber and Lilium, driving commercial partnerships and supporting strategic initiatives.
Allen began his career as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, advising clients in industrials, consumer, biopharma, and private equity on growth strategy, market assessments, and M&A transactions.
He holds a BBA from Emory University with concentrations in Finance and Strategy Consulting and is based in Brooklyn, New York.
